The number 19 bus stops at the bottom of Westwood Business Park and anybody who works at one of the companies at Torwood Close for example have to cross a very busy road to get to work.
It is common for drivers to attempt to drive around the bus at speed, taking no account of people attempt to cross the road in front of the bus and there is an additional risk of being hit by traffic travelling in the opposite direction.
There have been a number of accidents in the last couple of years.
In addition during lunch period some drivers are known to drive at high speed paying little regard to anybody attending to cross the road to use the very popular shop.
