We the undersigned request that Coventry City Council assume responsibility for the maintenance of the open space at Bannerbrook Park in its entirety. Persimmon Homes have left Bannerbrook Park residents facing an unfair and unworkable arrangement for the maintenance of their open space. We also request that planning amendments are introduced that will prevent a similar situation arising in the future.
