To have the council plant wild seeds on the traffic island at Torcross Avenue, Sewall Highway junction

I'd like the Council to expand their wild seed beds to local residents. Not just for people driving in their cars but local residents whom walk about. I'd hope this will encourage more local businesses/residents to fill local stone, brick flower beds with seeds, flowers.
