With the new roundabout at Gibbet Hill (Kenilworth Road - Stoneleigh Road intersection) the flow of traffic has improved but the level of safety for pedestrians & cyclists has been affected negatively. As a matter of fact, crossing Kenilworth road to get to the bus stop for example (coming from Stoneleigh Road) has become a real challenge as cars come at a pretty fast speed & don't reduce speed at the roundabout which threatens the safety and lives of pedestrians crossing that road.
Therefore, would it be possible please to look into the matter and find a solution for this problem maybe by putting a zebra crossing at that level/side of Kenilworth road or ideally a traffic light for pedestrian crossing.
