At the moment people are parking anywhere they want on both sides of the roads and near corners from adjoining streets. This blocks the view of anyone coming out of the street onto Oxendon Way. In particular I would point out the turning from Arthingworth Close where there are vans parked and you can not see the cars coming down the hill on Oxendon Way towards Arthingworth Close. Another danger area is the bend in the road at the top of the same hill and also the junction with Foxton Road which is a busy area due to the Primary school. Given how busy the road can get and the fact there is a school there I would urge people to sign this petition and for the council to take this seriously to prevent an accident or worse, an innocent child being hurt/killed. It may sound extreme but the potential risk is there and eventually something is going to happen along the road.
