Every day a minority of motorists are parking illegally and dangerously outside Pearl Hyde Primary school. I, the staff and parents who do not 'break the law' are fed up with these law flounderes who are getting away with it EVERY day. It's got to stop before a child is seriously injured or killed. What is it going to take to stop this serious breach of the law!?
