Remove 'No Right Turn' from end of Bramble St CV1 2HT

At the end of Bramble Street where it joins Gulson Avenue, there is a 'No Right Turn' sign, yet there is hardly any traffic at this junction, so it is not difficult to turn right if one were allowed to. The sign reads 'Except Buses', but if it is safe for buses to turn right there, why is it unsafe for other vehicles?

This is preventing any traffic from, not just Bramble Street, but also all traffic coming down Grafton Street, from getting to Vecqueray Street or to the two-way section of Far Gosford Street and onto Gosford Street. Since most of Far Gosford Street is one-way. This is really inconvenient and not logical.

1) This means the alternative route is to go back up Grafton St, left to top of Far Gosford St, wait at the traffic lights, then left into Blue Sky Way, all the way down to the roundabout, and then left back up Far Gosford Street to get to Vecqueray Street??

2) Or are you expecting all vehicles wanting to go in that direction to go up Carmelite Road and back down Charterhouse Road to get to Vecqueray Rd?

I have observed lots of vehicles ignoring this ruling, so it is not working, whatever the reason for it being installed.

Please can we have this 'NO RIGHT TURN' sign removed?
thank you.
