The junctions of Hockley Lane, Church Lane and Upper Eastern Green Lane are currently controlled at School times by a Crossing Warden. This service is being removed and as such children and their parents going to St Andrews Infant School will no longer have provision for safe crossings. Given that this is a very busy road and that drivers feel that 30 mph is too slow we are requesting permanent signage, of the sort that indicates vehicle speed and the limit plus a controlled crossing either 'Pelican or Zebra'
